 Group Sales Department Our group sales department is dedicated to working with Tour Operators, Destination Marketing Firms, Travel Agencies, Hotel Concierges, Corporations, families, and other groups to provide the best possible experience for their groups visiting the Sedona area. We offer a variety of outdoor activities, as well as custom catered group events and Team Building activities. Our belief is that each client has its own specific needs and goals. GROUP PACKAGES A Day in the West offers a variety of fun and informative jeep tours, ranging from 1 to 3 hours, from mild to wild, or moderate. (To see descriptions of our jeep tours, click on Tours) Group rates are available by calling our Sales Manager at 928-203-1019.
Jeep Tour and Food Option Tour
Picnic Lunch: Your picnic lunch will include your group’s choices of turkey, ham, or roast beef on a fresh 6 inch hoagie roll. Tomato, lettuce, and cheese platters will be provided for the sandwich toppings as well as mayonnaise and mustard packets. Along with the sandwich you can choose a combo of fresh fruit and potato chips, or one or two salads such as potato salad or macaroni salad. A large homemade brownie is served for dessert along with assorted drinks. Other menus can also be made available. Use your imagination and we can provide it.
Combine a fun four-wheel drive Jeep Tour with a horseback ride for an unforgettable experience. Choose from either of these two options: The Horseback Adventure – After a thrilling one and one half hour Jeep Tour, saddle up for a one hour horseback ride at an authentic 45,000 acre working horse and cattle ranch. (4 hours) The Complete Western Experience– Do it all on our most popular tour. Start with a fun Jeep Tour, and then mosey over to the ranch for a one hour horseback ride. Jump onto the hay wagon for a wagon ride up to the cookout lookout and a sumptuous CowboyCookout. Enjoy Cowboy entertainment and a campfire as well. (4 ½ to 5 hours) Cattle Drives– Special arrangements can be made for groups to do a cattle drive along with a Cowboy Cookout. This is a great team building event.
Visit a winery on Oak Creek for a wine tasting of 4 of their wines, and a $15 credit towards the purchase of a bottle of one of their fine wines. Then set off to explore the western canyons of Sedona for a fun and informative jeep tour. A picnic lunch can be added for an additional charge. (3 to 4 hours) A barrel tasting or tour of the winery to see the wine making process can also be added as well.
What exactly is a Vortex? This two hour tour explores the spiritual side of Sedona and one of the most scenic areas in Sedona. It also allows you to take an easy walk into one of these much talked about energy spots. (2 hours)

Jeep Tour and Treasure Hunt –At A Day in the West, we have completely re-invented the Treasure Hunt for organizations during one of our jeep tours. Retaining all the excitement and playfulness of a jeep tour, we have transformed the activity into an educational and fun experience. Your corporate group will break up into teams and each team makes up one jeep. The goal is to work as a team to answer questions and find items to help their team earn the most points We offer customer service and employee motivational activities as well. Combining these activities with a wonderful picnic or Cowboy Cookout in the beautiful Sedona surroundings will make for an event your group will long remember. Cowboy Cookout - The standard menu for our Cowboy cookout includes your choice of hand cut prime steak or a boneless BBQ’d chicken breast. They are served with cowboy beans, potatoes, tossed salad, roll or biscuit, and a homemade dessert like an apple cobbler, or strawberry shortcake. Other menus are also available.
